For some reason, I’ve had a lot less spare time over the past five months. I can’t figure out why. Because of this new time-draining change in my life, I no longer feel like typing out a bunch of HTML code every time I want to add photos to my site.

Rob gave me a photo gallery tool to manage my photos a couple of years ago, but I never bothered to learn how to use it, because it required me to READ INSTRUCTIONS. And why go through the trouble of reading when I could just type tedious amounts of code instead?

Well, now I’ve learned how to use it, and it looks much more slick than my crappy HTML anyway. So please check it out. I’ve uploaded three albums, and I’m sure you’ll all be surprised to know that most of the photos are of Kaylee.

I really, really hate inappropriate quote marks, so I want to point out immediately that I didn’t use those quotes in the headline inappropriately. They do not, in fact, signify that I’m an idiot who doesn’t know how and when to correctly use quote marks. But they do signify that I’m a lazy daughter who took almost two months to read and post this new story by my dad. So the story is not really all that new.

It does, however, end with the mention of a camping trip we were about to take at the time. My summary of that trip is available here. That campout did involve lots of bears, even if they only existed in my imagination.

I just put up a bunch of new kid photos, so have at them. Beware, some of them are dangerously cute.

I’ve just put up a new story by my dad, which I’ve had sitting on my computer for weeks. Sorry about that… Better late than never, though, right? One of these days I may even get around to posting the pictures from Hope and Evie’s birthday party, which was a month and a half ago.

My dad’s written a new story, this one involving the grand college tradition of irrational road trips. Enjoy.

Rob’s family is in town to meet Kaylee, so I finally had time to post a few photos, since someone else is holding the baby. It turns out that Laura is just as gung ho about taking pictures of my kid as I’ve always been about taking pictures of hers, so she took about half of the new ones that I just posted. The “most recent photos” start a few seconds after Kaylee was born and go through yesterday. Enjoy.

I just caught up and posted the rest of my photos on the Hope & Evie page. The ones from the other day have been moved to their respective archive folders. Enjoy.

I’ve posted a bunch of new photos on the Hope & Evie page, all from the end of 2006. I was going to put up some stuff from this year, too, but I’m sleepy and I’m going to bed instead. Maybe tomorrow. Or the next day. Or the day after that.

I just put up a few new photos on the Hope, Evie and friends page, including some long-awaited pictures of Evie walking.  (Also a couple of Hope scaring my hamster, and a couple of Evie being dangled upside down by one leg.)
